Sutan Khulifah Academy ("SK Academy", "we") operates a digital learning platform offering self-mapping tools, spiritual training, consultation, ebooks, personal reports, and membership services. Contact us via the Contact page.

• Order & payment metadata — order numbers, amounts, currency, payment status. Card and PayPal credentials are processed entirely by our payment providers (Midtrans, PayPal, bank transfer); we never store card numbers.
• Self-mapping inputs — birth date/time and answers you voluntarily provide to generate reports.
• Technical data — cookies (including your language preference), IP address, device/browser information.

3. How We Use Data

To deliver purchases and reports, operate your membership, respond to consultations, send transactional emails, improve content, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies & Language

A language cookie (sk_lang) remembers your ID/EN preference. Analytics may run in aggregate form. You can clear cookies anytime via your browser.

5. Third Parties

Payment processing (Midtrans, PayPal), email delivery, and — only if you connect them — social platforms (Meta: Facebook, Instagram, Threads). Each provider governs data under its own policy.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the Contact page or your account page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. This page also serves as our data-deletion endpoint for connected Meta apps.

Order and report data are retained while your account is active or as required by law. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
