Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Reports, Mapping Results)

Digital products that have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed are non-refundable due to their instantly consumable nature. If a delivery fails technically, we re-deliver at no charge.

2. Consultation & Alignment Sessions

• Cancellation ≥ 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free reschedule.
• Cancellation < 48 hours: one free reschedule, or 50% refund.
• No-show without notice: non-refundable.

3. Membership

Monthly/annual memberships can be cancelled anytime; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Proportional refunds apply only to duplicate billing or activation failures not caused by the user.

4. Training Programs

Training refunds follow the terms stated on each program page. If we cancel a program, you receive a 100% refund.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Verified billing errors (duplicates, wrong amounts) are refunded in full. Submit via the Contact page with your order number.

6. Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (PayPal/international methods may take longer per provider policy).
