BASIC CHAKRA
PRACTICE
Techniques
Integration of 7 Chakras ↔ 7 Lathaif ↔ Contemplative Neuroscience. From Root to Pure Awareness — a gentle, structured return to balance.
Perjalanan Ruhani. Refleksi Kehidupan.
Transformasi Diri.
A contemplative practice for well-being and self-reflection. It honours the body as a bridge—never a machine to force, and never a shortcut to bypass life.

01 · Why We Practise
Seven purposes.
One returning breath.
Choose a purpose. Read it slowly. Each one is a door into the same room: a steadier, kinder, clearer you.
Purpose 01 · Regulation · Safety
Calming the Nervous System
Slow, coherent breath tells the body that it is safe. As the breath steadies, the heart rhythm becomes more orderly, muscular tension softens, and the fight-or-flight alarm begins to quiet. Over time, calm stops being something you chase and becomes the ground you return to.
02 · The Core Principle
Aligning, Not Taking.
You do not take energy from nature. You align your centre’s rhythm with nature’s rhythm—like tuning a guitar to the orchestra, rather than pulling the orchestra toward the guitar.
Sky Above
The sky teaches spaciousness. It does not rush, possess, or explain. In practice, the mind learns to widen—so thoughts can pass like clouds without becoming storms.
Body as Bridge
The body is the meeting place. Breath rises and falls; the heart opens and rests; attention returns. The bridge is tended through posture, breath, and honest sensation.
Earth Below
The earth teaches steadiness. Gravity holds you without asking you to earn it. Grounding is not heaviness—it is belonging, felt through feet, breath, and the weight of being here.
The tuning metaphor
A guitar does not become louder by forcing the orchestra to match it. The musician listens, adjusts one string, then another, until resonance appears. This practice works the same way: breath, attention, and intention are gently tuned until inner and outer rhythms begin to harmonise.
What alignment feels like
- • Less striving, more listening
- • The body feels gathered, not gripped
- • The mind becomes clear without becoming hard
- • The heart stays open without becoming exhausted
03 · Daily Structure
30–45 minutes.
Five movements of return.

Practical tips
Best time: Morning, before the day begins to pull you in many directions. If morning is impossible, choose the most consistent time you can keep.
Posture: Sit tall, feet grounded, shoulders soft. Comfort supports attention; strain steals it.
Journaling: After practice, write three lines: what you noticed, what softened, what you will carry forward.
Intention
“I am fully present.”
Begin by naming what you seek: balance, clarity, health, and closeness to Al-Hayy, the Ever-Living. Intention is not a demand. It is a direction—like turning a compass needle gently toward the north. Let the day know why you have come to sit.
- Sit upright, unhurried
- Name one intention
- Release the need to perform
Coherence
Heart, breath, and nervous system begin to move as one rhythm.
Regulation
A longer exhale helps the body leave alarm and enter rest.
Gentleness
If a phase feels difficult, soften the effort—not the intention.
04 · 30-Day Calendar
The Seven Centres
Journey
Thirty days are not a race. They are a slow apprenticeship: first learn each centre, then hear how two centres speak together, then live as one integrated field.

Choose a day
3% of the journeyPhase 1
One centre per day. Learn its language before combining it.
Phase 2
Two centres per day. Harmony appears when qualities meet.
Phase 3
The whole person practises—then lives—the integration.
Phase 1 · Learning
Root
Nafs · Safety · Grounding
Feel the body’s weight, the feet, the ground. Safety is practised before expansion.
Daily Practice Guide
Reflection · Breathwork · Journaling · Mindful Presence · Rest & Integration
DAYS 1–7
Learning the 7 Centres
Root: safety and grounding. Sacral: creativity and emotion. Solar Plexus: willpower and confidence. Heart: love and compassion. Throat: authentic expression. Third Eye: intuition and insight. Crown: divine connection.
DAYS 8–21
Integrating Two Centres
Pairings such as Safety + Creativity, Willpower + Love, and Love + Expression reveal that no centre thrives alone. Balance is relational: each quality steadies the other.
DAYS 22–30
Full Integration
Days 22–24 align all seven. Days 25–27 embody balance in daily life. Days 28–30 open into expanded presence—unity, transformation, and sustained harmony.
05 · After 30 Days
What changes is
how you return.
A gentle checklist
Mark what you notice. There is no passing score—only honest noticing.
2 of 7 noticed · Keep the list kind, not competitive.
Signs of integration
- A wider pause. Between trigger and response, a breath appears.
- A softer body. Shoulders, jaw, and belly hold less unnecessary tension.
- A clearer yes and no. Boundaries become honest without becoming harsh.
- A quieter centre. Stillness becomes available even on noisy days.
Balance warnings
Growth must stay rooted. Too much Crown without Root can become dissociation—feeling floaty, disconnected, or absent from daily life. Too much opening without grounding can turn insight into escape.
- • If you feel spaced out, return to the Root.
- • Feel your feet, breathe slowly, eat, rest, walk.
- • Shorten the upper-centre practice.
- • Let presence include the body—always.
06 · How to Start Tomorrow
Begin before
you feel ready.
Choose one time
Protect a single morning slot. Put your cushion, mat, or chair where you will see it. Make the decision tonight so tomorrow does not need to negotiate.
Keep Day 1 simple
Practise only the Root: safety and grounding. Two minutes of intention, coherent breath, and the feeling of being held by the earth.
Write one true line
After practice, write what you noticed. One line is enough. Consistency, not intensity, is the teacher.
Your first intention · A local draft
Write tomorrow’s beginning.
This draft stays in this page. Copy it into your journal when you are ready.
Day 1 · Morning Preview
“Today I return to breath, balance, and quiet presence.”
Focus: Root — Safety & Grounding
Begin with two minutes of presence. Breathe in five, out five. Feel the sky above, the earth below, and the body as bridge. Then rest.
Tomorrow is Day 1. One breath is enough.
